This is a boutique financial advisory business using my extensive global lending, financial guarantee, debt capital markets and credit rating experience in many different markets.
I can provide expert advice on all aspects of financing including strategic advice, debt arranging and advisory, contract negotiation support and credit rating advisory.
I am focused on the Sports Sector but also have extensive experience in a number of infrastructure sectors including: transportation, power and renewables, whole business securitisations (including pubs), PFI’s and PPP’s, oil and gas, mining and other alternative infrastructure assets.
Background
My background is in the global financial markets as lender, advisor, financial guarantor and credit rater. I have wide ranging global experience including: Europe, Russia, Middle East, Africa, Asia, Australia, North America and Latin America. This provides me with a very wide view of financial services in different markets.
Experience
I have been fortunate to work on many different types of transaction ranging from mining to oil and gas deals. While in the US I undertook deals in sectors ranging from thermal power to entertainment. Back in the UK I completed many PFI/PPP deals as well as diverse Sport transactions. Latterly I have focused on renewables and transportation.
Leadership
I have held a number of senior leadership positions and have led each team to significant success, be that measured by the number of deals completed, new types of deals undertaken, financial targets exceeded and/or being recognised externally by winning a number of awards.

Whilst working at Ambac Assurance I developed the ability to look at long term transactions to determine how assets perform in different economic conditions including when changes in competition or regulation threatens the business.
